Glen Ellyn, IL—Inviting industry leaders and participants to “Get the picture” about bearings, the Bearing Specialists Association (BSA) has launched a new online Knowledge Center featuring how-to videos on Bearing Installation and Maintenance, Bearing Service and Care or Bearing Characteristics produced by a number of BSA Participating Manufacturers all in one place on the association website, www.bsahome.org.
BSA believes the videos offer both a resource for problem-solving and a training opportunity for distributors and end-users. The Knowledge Center was jointly developed by BSA’s Social Media Task Force, Kevin Haffey, NSK Americas, Chair, and Educational Services Committee, Jim Neill, Motion Industries Inc., Chair. BSA has made it available to any website visitor. Simply click on the Knowledge Center Button on the homepage at www.bsahome.org.
BSA is the “must belong to organization for authorized bearing distributors.” An international service and educational organization of distributors representing a total of almost 100 companies distributing factory-warranted, anti-friction bearings and invited manufacturers of bearings and related products, the association’s mission says, “BSA is the forum to enhance networking and knowledge sharing and promote the sale of bearings through authorized distributors.” For more information on BSA, contact the BSA office at (630) 858-3838; fax (630) 790-3095; email info@bsahome.org or visit the association website at www.bsahome.org.
