The acquisition included three separate businesses with distinct locations: Bearing Sales of Great Falls, MT (newly designated BDI Branch 112); Columbia Bearing of Moses Lake, WA (designated BDI Branch 110); and Northwest Bearing of East Wenatchee, WA (designated BDI Branch 111).
