ZKL announces to its business partners that the manipulated bankruptcy at ZKL Klášterec nad Ohří, a.s. was canceled by the below attached decision of the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, which came into force on 21st September 2012. We believe that this decision will help to develop new business opportunities and deepen the further cooperation with existing business partners. The management of ZKL Group thanks all partners who have supported the company throughout the bankruptcy proceedings.
