A Machesney Park company has been ranked on this year's Inc. 500|5000 list, a ranking of the nation's fastest growing private companies.

Field Fastener ranked 4,149 overall and 165 for the manufacturing industry. The company also made an appearance on last year's list. Field, a provider of inventory management and complete supply chain solutions for fasteners and other Class "C" items, opened a $3 million facility since last year. It also acquired Fastening Solutions LLC, a division of Duncan Bolt.

"Our team is dedicated and well-trained, a combination that has resulted in superior growth, not just in the past three years, but for the past 20 and will be the case for the foreseeable future."
