This year, Honda created again an innovation event for their mechanics. SKF Indonesia also sponsored this event. The event is The 19th Honda Indonesian Technical Skill Contest 2012. The contest have two of categories: Technical High School Contest at June 28th -29th in Astra Honda Training Center Jakarta and Mechanic - Services Advisor Contest at July 7th - 8th in Bumi Serpong Damai, Tangerang. This contest attended by 27 students of Technical High School, 39 best Honda mechanics and 27 best Honda service advisors from all over Indonesia.
For Technical High School Category, 1st winner is Iwan Setiawan from SMK Karya Nasional Kuningan Jawa Barat (PT. DAYA ADICIPTA MUSTIKA), 2nd winner is Musafhak from SMK N 53 Jakarta (PT. WAHANA MAKMUR SEJATI) and 3rd winner is Siswo Pranoto from SMK N 2 Lampung (PT. TUNAS DWIPA MATRA).
For Mechanics Category, 1st winner is DWI NANANG WIDODO from Ramsel Motor Palembang (PT Astra International Tbk. - Honda Region Palembang), 2nd winner is YUSUP SULAEMAN from Daya Anugrah Mandiri (PT Daya Adicipta Mustika) and 3rd winner is SOBIRIN from Kurnia Motor (PT Daya Adicipta Mustika).
For Services Advisor Category, 1st winner is AFRIAN from PT Astra International Tbk. - Honda Region Balikpapan, 2nd winner is ADE SUPRIATNA from PT Astra International Tbk. - Honda Region Makasar and 3rd winner is PUTU HENDRA SAGITA from PT Astra International Tbk. - Honda Region Denpasar.
This event is a great opportunity for Indonesia mechanics and service advisor to show and improve their skill. Maybe someday, this event can go International to bring our mechanics to show their capability to the world.
