April 21, 2012 -- UBC Group's 50th birthday! Over 300 respected guests from 16 different countries were invited for presence to celebrate the UBC Group's 50th anniversary and the opening ceremony of UBC (Suzhou) Bearing Co., Ltd. We together have witnessed this historic moment!
Mr. Jian Sun, vice mayor of Changshu, Jiangsu Province; Mrs. Arlene Gonzales-Macaisa, Consul General of the Philippines in Shanghai; Mr. Francisco Ferro, Consul General of Argentina in Shanghai; Mr. Quanqing Wang, vice chairman of China Bearing Industry Association; and some bankers representatives, were also invited for presence of this big event.
The celebration began at 10:08 am with the fascinating speech of the UBC Group Founder & Chairman Mr. Domingo So Penaloza. He recalled the development of UBC Group in the past 50 years, and visioned how to develop in the next 50 years.
UBC Group has gone through 50 years of glorious history, just like the UBC Group Founder & Chairman Mr. Domingo So Penaloza said, "Our group headoffice now is located in Changshu, Jiangsu Province, China's most developed area along Yangtze River Delta. It's not only a place where you can make your dreams come true, but also a place the giants borned.” The operation of UBC (Suzhou) factory will be a new start for the group’s next 50 years.
