To help reduce lead times for wind-turbine refurbishments, Revolvo offers to manufacture large-diameter replacement bearings to very short deadlines.

The company claims it is important that refurbishments are completed in as narrow a time window as possible, in order to minimise operational downtime — making it important that maintenance providers are able to obtain parts quickly.

Revolvo is capable of manufacturing OE-standard large bearings, up to 1,500mm, as well as slewing rings, up to 4,500mm, in a matter of weeks.

In addition to SRB split roller bearings, the company also manufactures standard solid, cylindrical, taper roller, thrust and deep-groove ball bearings.
