CANTON, Ohio, Nov. 8, 2011/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Timken Company's (NYSE: TKR) board of directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Dec. 2, 2011 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 21, 2011. This will be the 358th consecutive quarterly dividend paid on the common stock of the company.
