This year ZKL Group as a traditional exhibitor participated again in the International Trade Fair of Railway and Manipulation Technology “Czech Raildays“ in Ostrava. Among many exhibits of special bearings for railway transport, which ZKL Group traditionally exhibits, mainly special double row tapered roller bearings aroused visitors´ interest. These special double row tapered roller bearings are used for the axles of railway vehicles for passenger transport with the mark PLC 810-13.1 (CTBU 130x230x160) and PLC 810-13.1 (TBU 130x230x180), which was developed on the basis of the initiative of the company ŽOS - Vrútky. Bearings PLC 810-13.1 are used e.g. in new electrical units 471 - City Elephant. Another new product in ZKL assortment was ZKL hybrid bearings for traction engines.
