Romax Technology will be attending the 9th International CTI Symposium, Innovative Automotive Transmissions Hybrid & Electric Drives and its specialist exhibition Transmission Expo at the Maritim Hotel in Berlin. The symposium, taking place November 30-December 1, is considered one of the leading European events for people seeking information on the latest technical developments in automotive transmissions. Romax will be showcasing their abilities as a complete consultancy provider particularly within NVH, durability and efficiency. Romax will also be hosting a stand during the four day conference and exhibition where there will be opportunities to discuss the capabilities that Romax can offer.
Additionally, the company will be using this event to showcase their new capabilities within the hybrid market through the development of their new software RomaxEVision, this will include a detailed energy flow analysis that will enable manufacturers to see the combined effect that individual components within a hybrid driveline are having on fuel consumption - something that is simply not available in the current market. Manufacturers can use this tool to identify which component to prioritise for modification, understand the most productive way to modify the component and ultimately improve the fuel consumption of a hybrid vehicle. During the conference Romax's engineering manager, Barry James, will also be presenting a paper entitled: "System approach to consider efficiency, NVH, durability in the optimization of an electric all wheel drive gear box".
"We recognize the importance of attending an event such as the CTI Symposium in order to promote our services to the automotive market," explains Younsu Park, director for transportation from Romax. "It provides us with an essential opportunity for us to interact with the automotive engineering community in Europe and contribute to the technological and commercial developments in the industry. We hope to successfully promote our company as a complete consultancy provider, network with our existing and potential customers and really show our commitment to the European automotive market."
