Brammer, the UK’s leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services, has further expanded its nationwide network with the opening of its first Sales and Service Centre in the north of Scotland.
The Inverness branch, at Harbour Road on the town’s Longman Industrial Estate, was officially opened by Ian Ritchie, Managing Director of Brammer along with Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC players Ross Tokely and Stuart Golabek at a special customer event.
The opening of the new Inverness Sales and Service Centre enables Brammer to provide a more local service to existing customers operating in northern Scotland, including Diageo, Johnson & Johnson, Scottish Water, Alcan, Aggregate Industries, Hanson and Tarmac.
Brammer Inverness stocks an extensive range of bearings, seals, mechanical and electrical power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics and general maintenance products from leading manufacturers, with rapid access to many thousands more through Brammer’s National Distribution Centre.
Ian Ritchie commented: “We already enjoy long-standing relationships with many major customers in this area – opening a Sales and Service Centre in Inverness will allow us to further enhance our local service offer and position us to further develop our business with other manufacturers operating in northern Scotland.
“We remain committed to offering excellent customer service and technical support throughout our extensive network – and this new opening confirms Brammer’s continuing investment in a strong local presence in Scotland.”
The Inverness branch is Brammer’s 11th in Scotland; others are located at Aberdeen, Dundee, Dumfries, Glasgow, Glenrothes, Grangemouth, Irvine, Livingston, Paisley and Uddingston.
The branch, managed by Bruce Smart, can be contacted on 01463 236668.
