The local share market is modestly higher, with industrial stocks keeping the market out of the red.

The All Ordinaries index had added 17 points to 4,483 shortly before 1:00pm (AEST), and the ASX 200 had also risen 17 points to 4,456.
Leighton Holdings is extending yesterday's gain with a rise of $1.13 to $31.73.

All the major banks are higher, but OneSteel and Primary Health Care are down after their profit results.

The Australian dollar rose after the release of the Reserve Bank's minutes and was worth 90.1 US cents.
