The board of directors of The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 13 cents per share. The dividend is payable on September 2, 2010, to shareholders of record as of August 20, 2010. It will be the 353rd consecutive dividend paid on the common stock of the company.
