NRB Bearings will pump in Rs 50 crore this fiscal towards capacity addition and new products. Every year, we invest around Rs 20 crore in capacity expansion. However, we did not do so last year because of the bad economic situation in the first half. We see good growth now and expect sales to grow 30 per cent this year. Hence, we are investing in capacity and new products, said Ms Harshbeena Zaveri, President.

NRB, which makes a range of bearings, has six plants in India and one in Thailand. Ms Zaveri said domestic demand looked buoyant with the automobile industry showing good growth.
