NSK has developed a High-Load Capacity line for its interchangeable PU/PE Miniature Linear Guide Series, sizes 09, 12, and 15. The new products provide smooth linear motion in a compact design and enable customers to purchase individual rails and ball slides, reducing lead times. The rails and ball slides can then be randomly matched in the application.
The NSK PU/PE interchangeable series features improved accuracy in the processing of the raceway and installation surfaces for the rails and ball slides. Dimensional tolerances are reduced to half the levels of standard assemblies, resulting in precision levels similar to higher accuracy classes.
The PU/PE series is now widely used in the semiconductor/liquid crystal production equipment, medical equipment and inspection equipment markets.
