SKF India Ltd has announced that the Company will publish the audited results in respect of its working for the financial year ended December 31, 2009 within a period of three months of the close of the accounting year i.e. December 31, 2009. As such, the unaudited results for the financial year ended December 31, 2009 will not be published within one month of the expiry of the Company's accounting year ended December 31, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.377.90, up by Rs.15.05 or 4.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.387.60 and low of Rs.361.

The total traded quantity was 185772 compared to 2 week average of 37020.
