CBC Bearings and Power Transmission has launched Azima DLI condition monitoring as part of its technical services offering.

The company says the CBC - Azima DLI WATCHMAN Reliability package provides services which use web based analysis reports to show a machine’s health and recommend corrective action.

According to CBC, the WATCHMAN Analysis service uses a completely outsourced machine condition monitoring solution. Azima is a US-based global machine condition monitoring company.

Collected data is then posted on the WATCHMAN Reliability Portal and analysed remotely by Azima DLI experts. Users can then access results and alerts through the portals intuitive dashboard which provides up to date information about machinery condition.

CBC claims the analysis report format provides fault diagnosis, fault severity, action priorities and includes specialist assessment and recommendations for each machine, instead of overwhelming spectral data which may be difficult to interpret.
