Menon Bearings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 28, 2009, inter alia, to Discuss & Approve subdivision of shares.

The Board will approve the Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting and fix the day, date, time, venue of the Extraordinary General Meeting for passing of Special Resolution for Sub-division of Shares of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.60, down by Rs.0.90 or 1.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.60 and low of Rs.60.
