The board of directors of The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 9 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Sep. 3, 2009, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 21, 2009. It will be the 349th consecutive dividend paid on the common stock of the company.
