NMB Technologies Corporation introduces custom made precision mechanical bearing assemblies. These next level bearing assemblies consist of high precision NMB ball bearings, and depending on the design, will require machined shafts, magnets, gears, plastic parts and special materials. These assemblies are designed to satisfy the strictest quality and space requirements for the medical, automotive and industrial markets.
It's only natural that we would take advantage of our extensive experience in volume manufacturing of miniature bearings, tape guides and pivot assemblies, to offer custom, high precision, mechanical bearing assemblies." comments Ted Gentile, product sales manager for NMB Technologies Corporation. "These next level assemblies satisfy the need of a variety of industries that increasingly require critical tolerances, and our customers will certainly benefit from our advanced production facilities and state of the art technology."
NMB local application engineers work directly with the OEM to help with the design and to eliminate the risk and possible costs of a bearing that has not been properly fitted aligned and installed into a next level assembly.
Manufactured in Thailand or Japan, depending on the complexity of the component as well as the volume requirements, these next level precision bearing assemblies are available directly to the OEM and through NMB's authorized bearing distributors.
Samples are available with a 5 to 8 week lead time, depending on complexity of the design. Production lead time is typically 12 to 14 weeks. All assemblies meet RoHS requirements.
