Stafford’s line of shaft collars is offered with different size profiles and bore configurations to match various drive shaft requirements.

They can be easily matched to positive drive requirements by selecting ultra low profile, low profile, high strength, heavy duty, and extra heavy duty designs.

These collars allow machinery builders to precisely match a collar and shaft. They are offered with smooth-, square-, hex-, threaded-, and keyed bores.

Available in one- and two-piece, and hinged styles, Stafford Shaft Collars come in inch and metric sizes from 1/8” to 10” I.D.; machined from steel, 303 stainless steel, and aluminum.

When progressing from ultra low profile to extra heavy designs, collar cross sections and clamping screws get larger.
