RBC Bearings has hired William M. Rayball (Bill) as Fleet Program Manager with responsibility for Class 8 Truck Sales. He will be based in Oxford, Connecticut at the firm's headquarters.
Fiderion, a retained executive search firm with deep experience recruiting industrial executives, conducted the search on behalf of RBC Bearings.
During the last 30 years, Rayball held several positions at Federal Mogul, most recently as national sales manager where he was responsible for a team generating total annual sales of approximately $126 million. His additional positions held there included Eastern area manager, distributor sales regional manager and heavy duty sales specialist. He graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Siena College in Loiudonville, NY.
