Standard Locknut (USA; website) continued shaking up its executive ranks by naming David Lagenkamp as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
A veteran of Vector Engineering, Welbilt Consolidated, and Crown Equipment, Mr. Lagenkamp joined Standard Locknut in 2005 as Engineering Manager. His most recent position was as Vice President of Operations.
Founded in 1948 and located in Westfield, Indiana, Standard Locknut manufactures bearing components and retaining accessories including pillow blocks in iron and steel, block ring seals, stabilizing rings, washers, plates, sleeve and nuts. The company also performs precision machining on contract, such as inner and outer races.
Two months ago, Standard Locknut named Francis "Ollie" Martens as President. Mr. Martens is a well-known figure in the bearing industry, with SKF, Applied Industrial Technologies, and NSK. Mr. Martins had been President of NSK Precision Americas, a division of Japan's NSK Ltd.
