Manufactured from high strength anodized aluminum, Model MT 130-50-DC high precision micro manipulator stage offers travel of 50 mm with positioning accuracy of 10 µm. It has straightness/flatness run out of ±1 µm and repeatability of ±1 µm.

With low profile design, it has square footprint of 130 x 130 mm, height of 43 mm, and weighs 1.8 kg. Other features include precision ground ball screw, limit switches, and integrated dc motor with rotary encoder.
