Hydraulic Kits Ease Pulling Off of Gears, Bearings

A range of hydraulic puller kits use a simple pump handle operation to make pulling efficient and easy on gears, bearings, couplings, wheels, axles and press fit components

For workshop mechanics and maintenance engineers, hydraulic puller kits, make the pulling of components, like gears from shafts, easier and more efficient. Facom has introduced its U.3H Series of hydraulic puller kits, which feature a simple pump handle operation to make pulling efficient and easy on a range of applications including gears, bearings, couplings, wheels, axles and press fit components.

A range of screwdrivers covers all popular patterns such as Phillips, Pozidriv, Slotted.Torx, Tamper Proof Torx and the new Torx Plus system
Specifically designed to save professional users time and money over traditional pullers and maximise user safety, the U.3H range includes a 10 tonf Hydraulic Puller Kit with six configurations and a 10 tonf Hydraulic Puller Kit with eight configurations.

Each set contains a 10 tonf (100kN) safety overload valve for added safety, two and three way beams to allow two or three leg configuration and an intelligent in lockable plastics storage case, which makes the tool easy to transport and separates for roller cabinet storage.

To complement this, it takes just 20 pumps to complete its 75mm travel.
