We take the liberty to inform you that, in connection with the organization changes in the commercial activities of ZKL Group, the registered office of ZKL Bearings CZ, joint-stock company has been changed from Praha to Brno.

The decision of the change of the registered office of the Company was taken by the General Meeting held on 26/4/2007. This change was incorporated in the Register of Companies as to 30/7/2007.
