The actuators feature guide tubes of chrome plated precision steel, with gun metal follower nuts and plastic end caps: if specified the tubes are also available in stainless steel. Tubes come in a variety of diameters, and travel lengths from 120 to 350mm. The actuators may be ordered with only one shaft end protruding, or with the shaft ends protruding at both ends.
