Australian Timken Wins Permatex Presidential Gong

Australian Timken Wins Permatex Presidential Gong

Automotive and industrial distributor, Australian Timken, has been awarded the highly coveted President’s Award at an international 2007 Permatex conference held in South Korea.

Australia and New Zealand, Timken, secured the award topping the sales figures as the successful sales region in the world.

Greg Mostoller, Director Permatex International Sales and Marketing presented the award to Peter Storey, Managing Director Australian Timken and Tony de Haas, Market Manager Automotive Parts.

“It is one thing to win one of these, but to Australian Timken’s credit, they keep on keeping on and have picked up several international sales awards since becoming our distributor in 2001,” he said.

“Australian Timken is undoubtedly one of the proactive organisations that Permatex has partnered with anywhere in the world and they continue to deliver substantial growth in their region.”

Market Manager Automotive Parts, Tony de Haas said the increasing market enjoyed by Permatex was due to a number of factors including the comprehensive range of product, industry recognised part numbers and long shelf life.

“It is an appealing package to our automotive aftermarket distributors,” he said.

Permatex markets and sells leading automotive repair and consumer products under a variety of well recognised brand names such as Permatex, Right Stuff, Fast Orange, Slik Pak, NOS and No Touch.
