Moscow Bearing Elected the Director General

A.Kopetsky was appointed the director general of Moscow Bearing included into European Bearing Corp. (EPK) in line with the decision made at the special meeting Feb. 20, the company informed.

EPK covers Stepnogorsky Bearing Plant, Volzhsky Bearing Plant, EPK Scientific Center, EPK Trade House and EPK Managing Company.

Corporation covers 37% on the Russian bearing production market and a monopolist in this sector. The major holder (79%) is Orionbay Trading Corp., 19% being held by Parkwood United Corp.

The 9-month 2006 net profit reached 775mln rub.; revenues - 5.7bn rub..
