The new unit is designed to increase productivity, save energy and increase safety in applications that use belt conveyors for bulk material handling. The bearing isolator uses a non-contacting, non-sparking bronze labyrinth-type seal that provides safe, permanent bearing protection that never wears out and requires only a small amount of energy to operate.

The Belt Conveyor Idler/Roller Bearing Isolator is custom engineered to suit individual applications. It is easy to install and conforms to existing clearances, housings and bearing patterns.
