Melling Acquires Full Ownership of Dura-Bond Bearing
Mark Melling, CEO of Melling Engine Parts, announced that Melling Engine Parts / Melling Tool Co. has purchased the outstanding 50% of Dura- Bond Bearing Company making Melling 100% owner.
“It is a great addition to the Melling family of companies and we will be able to do great things together” Melling commented during SEMA and AAPEX last week.
Dura-Bond will continue to be located in Carson City, NV and managed by its current staff lead by President Charles Barnett.
Dura-Bond Bearing Company manufactures a complete line of engine camshaft bearings, valve seats, valve shims, and engine hardware kits marketed to the engine rebuilding and performance industries.
Melling Engine Parts manufactures oil pumps, oil pump kits, oil pump screens, intermediate shafts and cylinder sleeves, and also markets camshafts, timing, and valve train components worldwide to the OEM, aftermarket replacement and performance industries.
