Dongfeng Equipment Manufacturing Plant, a subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Corporation, has developed the first CNC double column verticle lathe, which filled the gap in China's machinery industry.

This kind of lathe have overcome the defects such as unstable positioning, chipping block, lack of automation and flexility, low efficiency etc. Owing to the improvement, the lathe can be regarded as a turning/lathe work processing unit.

It can be widely used in the processing of rotating parts. Compared with traditional lathe, the new lathe is characterized by high efficiency and precision.
