The Ultra-Class series offers ultimate sealing,efficient locking,and integrated precision in one robust package.

The inserts utilize a full-contact, molded rubber seal that is bonded to a steel backing plate.

The metal flinger that protects the seal lip is pressed on to the inner ring and the design of its outside face creates an air flow to dispel dust and water.

Ultra-Class units are available with set screw or eccentric collar locking designs.

Either selection is supplied with NTN’s exclusive ball point set screw. The precise fit of the inserts between the bearing and the housing bore eliminates the need for anti-rotation devices.

The series is available in cast iron pillow block or flange-style
housing designed for heavy duty applications. Pillow blocks are supplied with a solid base and grease fitting located at a 45-degree angleas standard. The new tough black oxide finish enhances corrosion resistance by creating a corrosion resistant barrier to protect the steel surface from all types of corrosive environments.
