NEW YORK, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.16 (sixteen cents) per share, payable on March 15, 2005 to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2005.
