Recently, Luoyang bearing Corp. has successfully made large cylindrical roller split bearing for some customer. This is new achievement in non-standard bearing production of Luoyang bearing Corp.

In may 2004, as a flagship in this profession and its own priority in non-standard bearing manufacturing Luoyang bearing Corp. took the researching task of the product. Given the new structure, high-precision, easy-setup and working under poor conditions as well as other characteristics of this new product, LYC discussed and evaluated the product's design and the problem which may appear during the practical manufacturing. On the premise of customer satisfication, they optimized the inner structure of that product step further, improved the performance and extended the service life, so such a bearing which could working under poor conditions, can be successfully produced at the first trial-production.
