On oct.17th,1994, eight experts from Bureau of Railway transport came to WBGC going on authenticating to accelerated freight train bearing. After a series of spot inspecting, examining, verifying, they affirmed WBGC have the competence and qualification to restore the accelerated freight train bearing.
Recent years, WBGC have had a high starting, high level, quality rebuildment to the product line of accelerated freight train bearing.Based on quality management system certification ISO9001：2000、QS9000、VDA6.1 and environment management system certification ISO14001,WBGC have awarded technology standard certification ISO/TS16949 and norm changing certification checking ISO9001：2000 in April, 2004. The company constantly improve testing method and newly purchase instrument for testing toughness, contour examining instrument, circular examining instrument to assure timely and accurately examining product. Meanwhile, they add super-precision machine of inner race, outer race double groove cutting into grinder once, grinder with double surface, roller face grinding machine, compound magnetic power flaw detector and removing magnetic washing machine so that the produce capacity and product quality are improved.
