A customer satisfaction survey conducted by INA Bearing Company has revealed that 87 per cent of customers rate INA’s overall service during the last 12 months as the same or better. The same poll showed that 82 per cent are likely to remain long term customers of the Sutton Coldfield-based Company.
Bernhard Acht, manager of the regional office for central Germany, Nancy Schnur, sales manager for ball type profiled rail units, and Klaus-Peter Zeilinger, manager of INA’s engineering office in Nuremberg, accept the award presented by SIEMENS Medical President Karlheinz Kaul on behalf of INA.
For several years now, INA-Schaeffler KG and particularly its linear technology business unit have been preferred suppliers of high-precision rolling bearings and linear technology in medical applications for SIEMENS. Shaft guides and ball type profiled rail units are used in patient tables and computer tomographs. INA’s KUVE..B KT guarantees extremely low-noise and maintenance-free operation. Smooth operation and consistent displacement resistance are necessary to obtain accurate measuring results, and low noise is important for patients’ well-being.
