Appoints New President
Toronto, ON, March 27, 2003 – NTN is pleased to announce the appointment of Fred Hagino as President of NTN Bearing Corporation of Canada, effective April 1, 2003. Mr. Hagino was most recently Executive VP Finance and Operations where he was responsible for all financial activities, systems development and operations. In his new position, Mr. Hagino will oversee the strategic development and direction of the unit. He replaces Rick Thomas, who has been promoted to the position of President and C.O.O. of NTN Bearing Corporation of America.

Appoints New President and Chief Operating Officer
Rick Thomas has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of NTN Bearing Corporation of America effective April 1, 2003. Coming from his most recent position as President of NTN Bearing Corporation of Canada and Executive V.P. of U.S. Aftermarket Sales, Mr. Thomas brings both experience and a deep understanding of the processes needed to deliver success in this competitive market. During his time at the Canadian division of NTN, Mr. Thomas was directly responsible for the development, management and operation of the company. In his new position, Mr. Thomas will place a strong focus on business development and strategic planning, guiding the company's growth strategy and market positioning. He replaces Mr. H. Mori, who will return to Japan, for a more senior assignment. As part of his new role, Mr. Thomas will be staying on as a Director of NTN Bearing Corporation of Canada Limited.
