Former school bus driver Ariel Castro, was sentenced to life imprisonment for three Cleveland, he was imprisoned in his house for many years women kidnapping, rape and torture, was found dead in his cell Tuesday night Ohio, a state corrections officer said.
53-year-old Castro, protective custody, who is in isolation from other prisoners in a correctional reception center in Orient, Ohio, by the prison staff, was found hanged in his round facility, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction spokeswoman JoEllen Smith said.
She said that Castro was transferred to the regional hospital, pronounced dead about 90 minutes later.
