Serbian authorities say, Moscow's allegedly asked to seize assets belonging to the late Russian tycoon berezovsky in Serbia.
July demand in Russia, Serbia court froze a few based enterprises, allegedly respectively Mr Berezovsky, worth about $2.7 million of assets.
But the appeal court said on Thursday that has the Supreme Court rejected the decision. It has been returned to review the case, the reason is that it does not provide evidence pad between ownership and Serbia.
Berezovsky, Russian President vladimir putin fierce criticism, the British in 2000, was granted asylum. He was found dead in the bathroom, his family's home in London in March last year.
