Official figures show that inflation in the UK fell slightly last month, despite rising gasoline prices.
National Bureau of Statistics said on Tuesday that the consumer price index rose 2.8% in July, from 2.9% in June rate of decline. Fares and clothing is mainly behind the one-month decline.
Chief European economist at IHS Global, said Howard Archer, inflation should continue to fall in 2013, but much will depend on oil prices - the economy is not enough to strengthen Stoke inflationary pressures, just yet.
Bank of England Governor Mark Carney (Mark Carney) revealed last week that interest rates will not rise until the unemployment rate has dropped below 7 percent - but stressed that the link will be cut unemployment, inflation out of control.
