China and Japan summit recommendations have ruled out the possibility, the official "China Daily" reported on Tuesday raised after Tokyo meeting, trying to resolve the territorial dispute.
The report, by an unidentified Chinese officials last Monday quoted a statement during the visit by the Japanese Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Long Zuobo.
Saeki's visit was Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (Shinzo Abe) efforts to improve the bitter row over the uninhabited islands claimed a series of bilateral relations deteriorated latest.
