Gansu Province in western China Richter 6.6 earthquake killed 11 people and seriously injured another 81, state media said on Monday.
Minxian earthquake, Zhangxian, from the provincial capital Lanzhou City, about 170 km, 07 am 45 pm, the official Xinhua News Agency said.
Second 5.6 earthquake struck the same area 9:12 AM reporter said.
The U.S. Geological Survey said the initial quake a magnitude of 5.9.
