Softbank Sprint says its priority is to improve the network as soon as possible.
Analysts expect Japan's Softbank, run by billionaire Masayoshi Son, Softbank and Clearwire transaction amplifier in the U.S. wireless market competition, because it is well-known aggressive pricing in its domestic market.
Son, who will be the Chairman of the Sprint, also won with Dish Network Corporation (DISH) Chairman Charlie Ergen worked hard to buy Sprint and Clearwire.
Piecyk said, "investors and consumers excited, Sprint Spectrum company is now owned assets, the money to build its network and leaders have the courage to do so." "Remains to be seen whether they can perform. "
With AT & T and Verizon Wireless is Verizon Communications (VZ) and Vodafone Group (VOD.L), risk, Sprint also have to contend with tough smaller rival T-Mobile's U.S. companies (TMUS.N), the fourth largest U.S. mobile service provider.
In the sprint of the day the transaction closed its Softbank, T-Mobile's CEO John Legere announced that his company will allow customers to upgrade their phones every six months, which is four times more often than their competitors.
Hesse declined to comment on any other changes, Sprint, and Softbank will be put in place, and now, these deals are closed.
On Thursday, Sprint also made some minor price adjustments to simplify family planning and individual service plans smartphone users.
