Japan's softbank, said it has sweet 3 cell provider Sprint Nextel corp. on its offer to $15 billion to $21.6 billion, increased.
Monday the revised deal also called for Sprint's shareholders, to get more cash, $16.6 billion, at $12.1 billion from the previous quotation. Softbank will have about 78% of the sprint, if completed, 70% than before.
Dish network satellite television companies have launched its value in a $2.55 billion bid for it. But Sprint said its board of directors has identified a special committee, the food will not be able to get out is better than that of softbank.
Sprint's second-largest shareholder, paulson & co, said it will sweet offer all shares voted in favour of softbank.
