"Gringo Timothy Hallet Tracy, in our country were caught spying, had been expelled," Minister of the Interior and Justice Minister Miguel Rodriguez Torres said on Twitter.

Kerry welcomed the release
Tracy, who is the director and producer in Los Angeles freehold production, according to his LinkedIn profile, friends and relatives said, his documentary in Venezuela on April 14 ahead of the presidential elections.
He was arrested 10 days after the vote, because he tried to fly abroad - a flurry of international attention by the government's allegations, including claims that the assassination plot against Maduro from the United States.
