Libya to appeal ICC ruling to hand over Gaddafi's son

Libyan ruler Muammar Gaddafi's son Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, surrendered by the International Criminal Court appeal against the judgment, the court, the Minister of Justice said on Sunday.
