3. 7. Holder fragmentations: The reason is insufficient lubrication, rolling body broken, such as seat skew.
 
8. The holder metal adhered on the rolling body, and the likely reason is that the rolling body is stuck within the holder or insufficient lubrication.
 
9. Seat raceway severe wear: Block circle may fall into foreign body, lubricating oil or lubricating oil grades inappropriate.
