SB21 is Alaska, he says, a big improvement of the current tax structure. The bill would improve the basic rate from the current 25% to 35%, for each pay $5 a barrel of oil production credit, and provides a new refined oil tax breaks.
But he said that his allowance of $5, enough to balance the other terms and conditions of the bill, including a higher comparison base rate.
He said he also want to know better what oil tax cuts.
