According to USA army recognized 2nd report, November 1, 2012, Russia Defense Minister announced Serdiukov, Russia to France sajimu company purchase FELIN future soldier system, used for operational use and research.
 
France army ordered 22,600 FEILN future soldier system, starting in 2010 and equip France army. FELIN system may use day/night, major equipment by car get off the soldiers, soldiers and parachutists, available from the airborne, multiple environments, such as urban areas, deserts, wilderness and Alpine use.
 
Russia is currently testing its Ratnik individual combat system development. In February 2011, Russia on introduction of FELIN systems with France for consultations after Russia began to develop its own future soldier system.
